Alder Consulting · a sample shop
A bottle shop with 24 locations, a stockroom and four suppliers. Type what the guest asked for and the bottle lights up on the plan. Pick a supplier and see where their product sits. Click a location to see what is on the shelf and what is in back. Sort by anything, set the margin you want, and the price to charge is worked out for every item. Upload your own sheet and a photo of your room to see it as your store.
Your columns, your order. Edit the list and the file comes out that way.
Counted in Excel? Upload it. Match the columns once, and the counts, prices and locations update here.
Guest view shows the bottle, the price and where to find it. Nothing else. Put it on a tablet by the door or behind a QR code on the shelf.
Your spreadsheet as it is. A POS export, a distributor sheet or a count sheet: product, location, count, price. Nothing retyped. Already on Excel? It stays on Excel if you want it to.
Shelves, racks, bins, the cold box. The shelves are read off the photo and the bins populate on them, named from your inventory. One photo per wall; add as many as the room has.
Drag any bin to where it really sits. The finder, the count and the margin tracker all follow the new plan.
Sample shop. The products are real and the shelf prices are typical for the Front Range; the store, the suppliers, the costs and the counts are made up. Still using Excel? This replaces the sheet: one list, every location, every price, flagged the day a case cost changes.
